Terms of sale
These terms apply to food and drink ordered directly from Flamin' Chillies through this website.
Your order
Your order is an offer to buy. Acceptance occurs when the restaurant confirms it for preparation. Items, prices and availability are checked again before payment, and an order may be rejected if a product is unavailable, details are incorrect or the restaurant cannot fulfil it safely.
Payment and fulfilment
Online payment is processed securely by Stripe. Collection and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delivery is available only to configured postcodes and may carry a minimum spend or fee shown before payment.
Changes, cancellation and refunds
Contact the restaurant immediately if an order needs changing. Once preparation starts, cancellation may not be possible. If the restaurant cancels or cannot supply a paid item, the relevant amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Bank processing times can vary.
Food safety
Customers must review the allergen notice and raise allergy requirements directly with the restaurant before ordering. Food should be collected or received promptly, checked on arrival and stored or consumed safely.
