Privacy notice
This notice explains how Flamin' Chillies uses personal information when you browse the site, place an order or contact the restaurant.
Information we use
We process order details, contact information, delivery information, payment references, account and loyalty activity, support messages, and security or audit records. Card details are collected and processed by Stripe and are not stored by this website.
Why we use it
We use information to fulfil orders, take payment, send service messages, prevent fraud, keep business records, resolve complaints and meet legal obligations. Marketing messages are sent only where permitted and can be opted out of.
Messages and enquiries
When you use our contact form, your message and contact details are emailed to the restaurant so we can reply, and we email you an acknowledgement. The form does not store your message in our ordering system. We record the address your request came from, in a form that cannot be read back, to stop the form being abused.
Service providers and retention
We use contracted providers including Supabase for application data, Stripe for payments, Resend for email and our hosting provider. Records are retained only for operational, accounting, security and legal needs, then deleted or anonymised.
Your choices
